A weekly planning session can improve productivity, reduce stress, and prevent you from feeling overwhelmed. A weekly review gives you time to review tasks, calendars, emails, and notes from the past week. It also helps you spot deadlines, set priorities, and build a realistic schedule around meetings and other commitments. You can do your review on Friday, Sunday, or any day that works for you. The first few reviews may take longer, but with practice, about 30 minutes should be enough. Making this a regular habit gives you greater clarity and a more balanced approach to managing your time.
