I’ve been working with a select group of nonprofit and public media professionals in recent months to help them improve their leadership skills. Among the topics I have focused on:
- How to better manage time and get more done.
- Managing difficult people. How to coach members and establish goals for their work.
- How to develop a better working relationship with the boss and administrators from a University.
- Administered “360 Management Assessments” in order to develop an action plan to improve leadership skills.
- I’ve also coached several individuals on applying for a new job and we have done mock job interviews.
