Even Tiger Woods Had A Coach

Since I launched this new venture, I’ve had several conversations with individuals who want to be better managers, but other than learning from their own mistakes, they are unclear about where or how to start.

Because I have extensive experience in public media, and the nonprofit sector, I m confident that I can help them AND YOU if you find yourself in the same situation.

Maybe you are new to management, having been thrust in with very little training.

Maybe you are finding yourself a bit overwhelmed with just putting out fires rather than planning for the future.

I would love to work with you to build the same skill sets that it took me decades to perfect.

Remember that even when Tiger Woods was the best golfer in the world, he had a coach.

I tailor my work to each client as an individual. There is no cookie-cutter approach. And, my cost for doing this is very reasonable, especially when compared against many others who work with large for-profit companies and their executives.

Among the skills we can work on, include:

  • Time management
  • Improved leadership abilities
  • Effective communication
  • Active listening
  • Increased motivation
  • Project management
  • Building an effective team

I do this by providing a confidential environment for my clients. We will review your strengths and weaknesses. We will challenge your existing assumptions. In some cases, we administer 360-degree assessments and develop appropriate goals, so you have a plan for improvement.
